XMAS RETURNS INFO: WE ARE ACCEPTING RETURNS UP UNTIL 23rd JANUARY.
PLEASE ROLL YOUR WETSUIT UP, DO NOT FOLD! Notice how it was sent to you, we roll the wetsuit from the legs and this ensures no creasing upon return. Any major folds or creases will return in a 20% re selling fee. We have to discount the suit once it's creased and this is completely avoidable, if you roll the wetsuit up, there won't be any creases.
I'm not happy with my stuff, how do I return it?
If you have to send back anything for an exchange because the item is not suitable or for a refund, no problem. Just follow the advice below...
You have 14 calender days to return your items for either a exchange or a refund. If your item is returned to us AFTER the 14 days but BEFORE 30 days, please contact us for assistance. Any returned items after 30 calender days will not be accepted. The cost of the postage to return back to us will not be refunded, unless found faulty.
We print off and send out with every order a receipt which has a detachable returns form, sticky return address label and all the information you need to return items for exchange or a refund if faulty or unsuitable. Please use this before contacting us.
If you have NOT GOT A RECEIPT you can contact us advice or for a returns number if sending something back to us by either phoning 01723 867919 or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In all correspondence please state your order ID number if you have it from the email order confirmation (if not the date of the sale will be helpful), the items you are returning and what you want to do - Exchange or Refund?. Then write the returns number clearly on the outside of the box or packet and remember to place the completed returns form inside with the goods and sent to the address below (click here for a printable returns form)
Items sent back without a returns number will not be accepted.
You have 14 Days to contact us and return faulty or unwanted items to us from the date you receive your order. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service like Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Delivery or the international equivalent so you have a record that the package was signed for and delivered as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods until they reach us.
We extend the return time for items bought between 1st-31st December as we appreciate these may be Christmas presents. You have untill 14th January to inform of any returns from within this period.
If your goods are being returned for credit because its not suitable or just unwanted we will refund to the amount of the goods only. You will have to pay any additional postage costs where items are not proven faulty. We do not offer refunds/exchanges on bikinis, underwear or earplugs/putty due to hygeine and DVD's without the sealed cellophane wrapper will also not be accepted due to copying issues, unless proven faulty. All tags, packaging must not be damaged in this case.
PLEASE NOTE: WE NEED TO HAVE ANY RETURNED PRODUCTS BACK IN A RE-SELLABLE CONDITION. ANY PERIPHERALS SUCH AS TAGS, STICKERS OR ANY DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT MAY RESULT IN A 20% REBOXING FEE. WE WILL CONTACT YOU SHOULD SUCH INSTANCE ARISE.
WE CANNOT EXCHANGE ANY NEOPRENE PRODUCTS (WETSUITS, BOOTS GLOVES ETC) IF THEY HAVE BEEN USED IN THE WATER.
We have no problem with exchanging items as we understand as good as our reviews, pictures and videos are you might just not like the item when you have it in your hands, or your new wetsuit might not fit quite right when you get it on. We will only exchange items if they are still in their original packaging, tags in tact and wetsuits and accessories are welcome as long as they have not been worn in the water. Please follow the advice on the back of your paper receipt, or contact us for instructions and help if you have misplaced it. If you would like an exchange we send the new items back on a standard postage service FREE OF CHARGE. If you would like the exchange items back quickly please let us know and we can arrange a faster postal service for a little extra cost.
